Starter: Terrine from the Hautes-Alpes with Bear's Garlic and Blueberry or Tuna Tataki with Sesame Teriyaki Sauce

Main course: Hot box with pasteurized cheese from the Hautes Alpes, cold cuts and potatoes (vegetarian version possible on request) or Lamb shank in its juice and new potatoes or Fillet of saint pierre and champagne parsley risotto

Homemade desserts:

Macadamia Nut Pastry Brownie or Orange Meringue Tartlet or Sugar or Nutella Crêpe

And for the appetizers or the aperitif: chocolate bars, peanuts, pistachios and cashews.
